What is the String Flags Subscription Program?

Our subscription service is designed for businesses and organizations that want fresh, professional outdoor advertising year-round. You receive a high-quality printed flag (or full tent package) with every billing cycle, plus unlimited hardware replacements. Keep your branding looking sharp without the hassle of repeated one-time orders.

How does the flag subscription work? (First payment vs ongoing)

First payment: You get the complete kit — double-sided printed flag, professional artwork setup, HD fiberglass pole, and your choice of base (ground spike, X-base with sandbag, or both).

Ongoing payments: You receive a fresh replacement flag each cycle. Keep the same design or request new artwork. Unlimited pole and base replacements are included for the life of the subscription (photos of damaged items required).

Why are tent package subscriptions structured over 5-6 payments?

We designed our tent package subscriptions with 5-6 payments to make premium popup tent setups accessible and budget-friendly. Many small businesses and large organizations need months to plan events, allocate marketing budgets, or save for larger purchases. Spreading the cost over several months turns a big one-time expense into manageable payments, making the decision a no-brainer. Businesses can also subscribe during slower/off months and receive fresh equipment ready for peak seasons.

How often am I billed and can I cancel?

Subscriptions renew automatically on the same schedule (usually monthly). You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. We recommend canceling before the next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge.

Can I change my artwork or design between shipments?

Yes! Our team will reach out at each renewal. You can keep your current design or request updates for seasonal promotions or rebranding. If we don’t hear back within 7 days, we’ll print the last approved artwork.

What are the replacement terms and conditions?

The subscription must remain active. Send clear photos of any damaged or unusable items. Unlimited hardware replacements are included, but lost or stolen items are not covered. All products are custom-made and ship within approximately 14 days after artwork approval.

Subscription vs One-Time Purchase – Which is better?

One-time purchases work for very occasional use (1–2 events per year). However, for regular or year-round outdoor advertising, a subscription is almost always better:

  • Flags fade from UV exposure in 3–6 months outdoors
  • Hardware wears out or breaks
  • Subscriptions provide replacement graphics on schedule, unlimited hardware support, predictable costs, and consistent branding

High-traffic locations and monthly users especially benefit from subscriptions.

How long does shipping take?

Custom and subscription orders are made to order and typically ship within 14 days after artwork approval.

Do you ship internationally?

Products & Customization

What materials are available?

Double-sided polyester (with blackout liner for vibrant printing) or double-sided satin. Both are durable and suitable for indoor or outdoor use (remove in high winds).

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes — professional artwork setup is included with every subscription. No design experience needed. We handle logos, colors, messaging, and revisions.

What sizes are available?

Flags: Small, Medium, Large (feather or teardrop). Tent packages: 10x10, 10x15, and 10x20 with various configurations (A, B, C packages).

What is your return policy?

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns on printed flags. Contact us immediately if you receive a defective item.
